Our stay was absolutely perfect and exceeded all expectations!
The staffs were incredibly accommodating and friendly, going out of their way to ensure our comfort.
The unit itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully equipped.
As parents traveling with a young child, we were thrilled to find a selection of toys that kept our little one entertained, a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more enjoyable.
The location was unbeatable—peaceful and friendly, with a charming neighborhood vibe.
It was a pleasure to explore the area on foot, as everything we needed was within walking distance.
The staffs also provided excellent recommendations for local amenities, restaurants, and shopping, which made our experience even more enriching.
Every suggestion we followed turned out to be fantastic.
We couldn’t have asked for a better home base during our time in Tokyo.

Our three generation 6 person group had a great stay at 欅庵!
The staff were friendly and helpful and they had stuff for the kids (toys, slippers, tableware) ready for us in the unit when we checked in!
Unlike other Accommodation, we were able to ship our luggage ahead of us to this location which was so convenient!
There were directions in multiple languages for everything which was great b/c we had to do laundry every day.
The location was convenient for Ginza, Disney, Skytree & Tokyo Tower.
There were a lot of food options nearby but many could not seat a group as big as ours.
Luckily there is a great bento spot nearby so we ate at the unit a few times when it was too busy for us to get two tables.
The only downside is that the nearby bar was a bit loud at night on the weekends but most people in our party were not bothered.
We stayed at several places in Japan during this trip and this was definitely the most kids friendly!

This place was perfect for 4 adults and 1 baby.
We weren't sure if we needed an extra room for the baby since it was our first time traveling with one and it was great that this space accommodated for that.
Some highlights: There were instructions in English for everything, from how to use the washing machine and how to dry clothing to how to use the remote control for controlling the room temperature of each room.
There were also instructions in English for buttons that we shouldn't touch, like one button controlled air flow between two rooms and we shouldn't mess with it.
- Everything we needed was provided including laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, house slippers.
Staff had great communication before we arrived in making sure we got extra baby items like a high chair, step stool, baby bed.
- The location felt very safe and was convenient.
Overall, we were very pleased with your place and would recommend to families with small children.

We had a great 5 night stay at place with our 7 month old baby.
I liked that there was space for the baby to roll around and play, and it was a bonus that staff provided baby amenities such as a baby futon, high chair, playmats and baby dinner set.
Useful also to have a washer dryer inside the apartment.
The place was clean and while you can request new linen, there is no housekeeping.
Location is quiet but there are lots of restaurants and food stores around. Also feels more residential as there are many locals around.
Convenient walking distance to a number of different train lines, although the train ride to the main tourist areas takes a bit longer. The staff was also very responsive at the time of booking and during our stay whenever we needed help!

The location was very convenient as well.
The only negative thing that I would say is that since they are so family friendly, there is a bit more noise from children but nothing extreme.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay apartment.
The location was fantastic, centrally but still quiet enough to relax and take a break from busy Tokyo.
We loved walking around the neighbourhood and seeing all the little restaurants.
The oden restaurant around the corner is such a gem and I recommended getting take away from them one night.
Check in and check out was so easy.
The apartment was very family friendly and I loved that the kids were able to borrow some toys from reception.
It had a huge bathroom which was amazing and my kids loved having a bath (this is not the norm).
We would stay here again without a doubt.

Die Unterkunft ist in der Nähe des city air terminal T-CAT von dort gehen Busse zu den Flughäfen Narita und Haneda.
Es ist eine ruhigere Umgebung mit vielen Restaurants in der Nähe.
Die Unterkunft selber ist blitzblank und alles ist genau beschrieben.
Solange man den Anweisungen folgt kann nichts passieren.
Es wird explizit darauf hingewiesen dass die Rezeption nur zu bestimmten Zeiten erreichbar ist.
Die Wohnungen sind hellhörig : wenn also oben oder unten Kinder laufen oder erwachsene trampeln, hört man das sehr gut.

Location was amazing in this cute, quiet, quaint neighborhood.
Lots of restaurants and cafes walking distance, shops and convenience stores.
And a quick ride to the action if you’d like.
We loved that we could use the washer and dryer, took a bit to figure it out but once we did, it was great！
The futons were not made up for our arrival so we needed to make our beds which was fine.
Kitchen had everything we needed utensil-wise and kitchen ware.
But you need to buy your own cooking spray, salt, pepper And all those necessities which is totally fine.
We also wished we could swivel the TV.
It wasn’t comfortable sitting at the dining table to watch movies and shows.
Us, Americans like to watch TV in bed, Or on a couch but that chair was not big enough for two of us.
All in all our stay was good. Location was our favorite.
