Staff prepared the apartment as convenient as possible for the guests, as if we’re going to live here long time like the locals.

We stayed as a family of 5 and absolutely loved this place.
The location is great.
It was chosen for proximity to friends who live in Tokyo, but I hadn’t realised how practical the two Metro lines are for connections to many places.
They are both 2 minutes walk away. Use the exit A2 from the Hibiya line, it’s much closer than the ones in the description.
The flat was spotless and generous, the beds and futons were comfortable and clean.
Instructions were great and everything was well explained.
I even manged the washing maschine and the dryer.
We didn’t use the kitchen, apart from the microwave which worked well.
The ladies at reception were very friendly.
We asked for a recommendation for lunch and the map they produced was brilliant！
Ask for it has all the restaurants on it with types of food served.
It was very quiet.
It is a lovely neighbourhood. Don’t forget to put the blinds down as it gets very light in the morning.
The little stone garden is such a wonderful touch.

We are a group of 2 adults and 2 young kids, and the apartment was really spacious with lots of kids amenities that staff kindly provided.
We took the airport limousine bus to TCAT and it was a relatively short walk.
Good variety of shops in the vicinity and easy walk to the train station.

We had a really great stay！
The Tatami Room was perfect for our little baby to play and we felt safe sleeping with Futon, which were also very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly, providing us with a lot of stuff for the baby.
Highly recommended for people travelling with babys or small children！
