Keyakian is a wonderful, small hotel to stay at.
The location is very central, with easy access to two metro lines.
The accommodation, which was a whole floor, was well set out, spotless and toys and utensils were made available for our two young children.
Staff were fantastic-always on hand and very helpful.
Can’t recommend Keyakian enough and look forward to staying again when next in Tokyo.

We stayed at Keyakian as a family of 6 with 2 kids and 2 grandparents The staff were very friendly, responded to our queries straight away.
Check in was smooth.
The place were very well presented and its great for family with kids and elderly. They also offered selection of books and toys for kids to select from at reception to take to their accommodation.
My kids loved the big bath tub.
I would definitely recommend this to families.

Great location near the train station!
We really enjoyed having the coziness of an with some amenities of a hotel (e.g., towel exchange every day).
The staff was very responsive and it was nice having them available in the office on the first floor to answer all our random questions！

It was a pleasant stay at Keyakian.
Wethe place is well maintained , and we felt like home even we were on a vacation, we can done our laundry at anytime right in the unit.
My daughter had so much fun with the toys provided, and the baby futon was wonderful as parents no longer need to share bed with the toddler.
The kitchen is clean and provided with sufficient utensils and appliances.
Overall, this is totally meeting our expectations, we definitely will come back in our next visit to Tokyo.

The location is great, 4 mins walk from the nearest subway station right in the middle of a hustling and bustling commercial area but quiet and peaceful at the same time.
We travelled with our 11 month old and despite all of our qualms it was perfect for travelling with a baby/toddler.
The amenities and host’s thoughtfulness was so thorough we actually missed this place through the rest of our trip because no other place could match such is their competence.
Will definitely stay here for any future visit.

The room was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. Spacious for being so close to the middle of Tokyo. Very clean. Lots of extras for kids with the baby equipment and toy closet in the lobby. Super helpful and friendly lobby staff. Great location, very walkable to subway, restaurants, and airport bus station.
