Staff was an amazing host.
He provided very clear instructions for getting there from Narita airport and which subway station exits to take, the photos of landmarks in the instructions were extremely helpful.
All instructions and labels for using the amenities (especially where the appliances only had Japanese written on them) was super clear and easy to understand, we had no troubles using everything in the apartment. Everything was extremely clean and we felt right at home.
We really appreciated the care and detail to providing items for the baby e.g. highchair, toys and books.
Staff was also very responsive whenever we had questions, we felt very well cared for.
We would highly recommend staying at Keyakian and would stay here again on any future trips to Tokyo! Thank you again!!
