What are the check-in times?

The reception desk is open for checking-in from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
If you check in after 5:00 p.m., you will be required to enter the room on a self-check-in basis. Please be sure to contact us when you decide your arrival time so that we can confirm the self-check-in method with you in advance.
 

What are the check-out times?

What if we are going to be late for our scheduled check-in time?

If you are going to be late for the scheduled check-in time that you informed us off in advance, please contact by email. Please note that if you do not arrive and do not contact us after the scheduled check-in time, we may not be able to give you the key and you may not be able to stay at our place.
 

Can we check-in earlier or check-out later than the above times?

We apologize for any inconvenience, but as a rule, early checking in and late checking out are generally not available.
 

We would like to contact the hotel. Is it OK to send an email?

Emails are only read and responded to on weekdays between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Please note that we may not be able to confirm your message or the response may be delayed if you contact us immediately before or on the day of your stay. Please contact us as early as possible.
 

Can we leave luggage before or after checking in and during our stay?

Yes, this is possible. If you would like to leave your luggage before checking in, please inform us in advance of your approximate time of arrival. Please note that our staff may not be at the reception desk during non-check-in hours due to their being busy with cleaning or other duties.
(Luggage storage after checking in may or may not be available depending on the date and time. Please consult with the hotel in advance. Also, please let us know your time of return.)
 

Is breakfast included?

No, it isn’t. We does not serve food or beverages. The guestrooms are equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, gas cooker, etc., and guests are free to bring their own food and beverages.
 

May we invite relatives and friends to our room?

We are very sorry, but we cannot not allow any outsiders other than the guests themselves to enter our guestrooms. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in this matter. There are many nearby restaurants and other places that you will find convenient for meeting people who are not staying at our place.
